THE SCRIPTURES

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God—breathed by God, preserved through generations, and fully sufficient for all matters of faith and life. Both the Old and New Testaments reveal God’s redemptive plan through Christ and remain eternally relevant, powerful, and unchanging. We preach, teach, and live by the Scriptures. They are not suggestions—they are final. The Bible is our foundation, our standard, and the voice of God to His people.

THE GODHEAD

We believe there is one true and living God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, the Son of God (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal, co-eternal, and co-existent—equal in every divine perfection, executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption.

THE FATHER

God the Father is the Creator and Sustainer of all things. He is sovereign, holy, loving, and just. He actively governs the universe and desires a personal relationship with each of His children through faith in Jesus Christ.

THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead. He ascended to heaven and will return in glory to establish His Kingdom. His finished work on the cross secured salvation and eternal life for all who believe.

THE GIFT OF SALVATION

Salvation is a free gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We are saved not by works, but by trusting in Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection. In salvation:

  • We are justified—declared righteous before God.

  • We receive atonement—our sins are covered and cleansed by Christ's blood.

  • We are given eternal security—those truly born again are kept by the power of God, guided and sealed by Holy Spirit and cannot lose their salvation.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is God’s active presence in the world and in believers today. He is sent to convict of sin, draw people to Christ, and empower believers for holy living and service. Upon salvation, the Holy Spirit indwells and seals the believer, guaranteeing our inheritance. He brings regeneration (spiritual rebirth), begins the process of sanctification (making us more like Christ), and continues to work in us for God's glory.

We also believe in the infilling of the Holy Spirit, empowering believers for bold witness and holy living. The gifts of the Spirit—including prophecy, healing, tongues, and more—are active today and are to be used for the edification of the Church. We are continuationist in belief, affirming that the gifts did not cease with the early Church.

THE CREATION, MANKIND AND SIN

God created the heavens and the earth, and humanity in His own image—male and female. Human beings were created for relationship with God but fell through sin, resulting in separation from Him. Every person is born with a sinful nature and needs salvation through Jesus Christ. Despite the fall, each person retains intrinsic value and dignity, and God desires that all come to repentance and restoration through Christ.

THE FAMILY AND MARRIAGE

We believe marriage is a sacred, lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, established by God to reflect Christ’s love for the Church. The family is God’s foundational design for society, where husbands lead in love, wives support in respect, and children are raised to follow the Lord. Together, we commit to honoring God’s plan for marriage and family as a vital part of His Kingdom.

THE CHURCH

The Church is the Body of Christ on earth, made up of all true believers. It exists to worship God, grow in faith, serve in love, and proclaim the Gospel to the world.

The Church is both universal (all believers across time and space) and local (gathered communities). Jesus is the Head of the Church, and we are His hands and feet. God has established leadership roles in the Church—such as bishops, pastors, elders, and deacons—for guidance, governance, and teaching.

The mission of the Church is the Great Commission: to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything Christ commanded.

THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY

We believe in the ongoing function of the five-fold ministry—Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers—as given in Ephesians 4:11-13. These roles equip the saints for ministry, build up the Body of Christ, and lead the Church toward maturity and unity in the faith.

Each gift is distinct yet works in harmony for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

THE ORDINANCES

We recognize two primary ordinances instituted by Christ:

  • Water Baptism – A public declaration of faith, symbolizing the believer’s death to sin and resurrection to new life in Christ by full immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus.

  • The Lord’s Supper (Communion) – A sacred remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice, taken in unity as a church body.

These practices do not save, but they express our faith and obedience to Christ.

GIVING: TITHE, OFFERING, AND TERUMAH

We believe in generous and faithful giving as a form of worship. Scripture teaches the tithe (10%) as a starting point, and offerings as additional gifts led by the Spirit.

We also honor the principle of Terumah—firstfruit giving—as a way to express honor and gratitude to God and support spiritual leadership. Giving reflects our trust in God's provision and fuels the mission of the Church.

PRAYER, WORSHIP AND FASTING

We are called to live lives of deep communion with God through prayer, worship, and fasting.

  • Prayer connects us to God’s heart and aligns us with His will.

  • Worship is our response to who God is, expressed in spirit and truth.

  • Fasting is a spiritual discipline that humbles the flesh and intensifies our focus on God.

These practices are not optional—they are foundational for a thriving spiritual life and Kingdom impact.

THE SECOND COMING, END TIMES, AND ETERNITY

Jesus Christ will return visibly and bodily to earth to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous:

  • Those in Christ will spend eternity in the presence of God, enjoying everlasting life.

  • Those who reject Christ will face eternal separation from God.

We await the fulfillment of all things, including the restoration of creation, the final defeat of evil, and the full reign of Christ as King.
